    Sir, i had purchased an led tv 39 inches and received through amazon on 05-09-2017 Order No 407-183596601312362 dated 31/08/2017, Invoice details GJ- SAMC-1004-1718 Dt. 31/08/17. From that day i had registered with customer care for installation and not given reference number. Till date i has not received any person to install my tv. Continuously i am doing phones to customer care and they are saying today surely it will install. I make complain to customer care they say your complain is registered our technician will be reach with 12 Hrs but no one come same thing repeated 3 times. Today customer care saying with in 48 Hrs our technician will attend your complain. TV in not sowing proper picture .

    I have purchase one TCL LED 49 inch smart 49 p10. After six month I have face the problem in Tcl television LED. Led show screen lining. Last 3 month I have log a complaint in your toll free number but till date not solve my issue. your higher management person Balwant Rana & Kavita service head India ask everyday your LED will replace by company. but till date no response by company and no response by service team. everyday fake commitment in both of persons. so kindly help in my case.below mentioned my complaint number with all detail

    note- i have last time write the mail if no solve my issue i am going consumer coat and file the case.

    3 days ago I buyed tcl 49 inch tcl smart TV via Croma showroom.i find some malfunctions on that tv.it shutdown suddenly,sometimes video is playing but audio was disabled.then it was hanged..then switch off the TV it will be go normal then it happens continuosly.pls do something for this.

    I had made a complaint on 15th sept 2019 regarding picture quality is not clear and several lines on screen. After submitting online complaint I have got complaint no IN920192279101 and saying that engineer will came with in 48 hours for attending the complaint but after 4 days engineer came for attending the complaint and says that panel not working properly so I send a request for new panel but after some days no reply from their side so I call to customer care no regarding my complaint but they said panel not available with company so on 26 sept they send for full out replacement but from 15 th sept to till date 16 th October I didn't receive any confirmation from TCL.As per my call record I had made minimum 50 to 60 call but answer is that we don't have any updates for your complaint.Now I don't have any option to make an complaint against TCL. Please take it on priority and resolve the issue ASAP

    Purchased TV LE D 55 inches on 29 Sept. 2019 from HariOm Retail Pvt. Ltd K 44 Lajpat Nagar vide invoice no LN 1121/192 dated 29.9.2019. It is only four months that TV set has become non functional An engineer had visited after lodging complaint on 20.2.2020 but unfortunately he has not been able to find the exact problem and thus couldn't rectify. Very shocking at the supply of fake items by the company and also the luring the customers by dealers about the fake items. I would appreciate for the replacement of item by new one immediately.     This is in continuation of my first Mail dated 18th March 2021.

    I am deeply troubled that retailers like you come up with novel excuses and avoid admitting to their faults only to frustrate and infuriate helpless customers like me, seeking logical conclusions for the endless problems encountered in buying a TV from your Brand. It is most unfortunate and terribly disappointing.

    The incident dates back to 12th January 2021, when I bought a TCL 55" 4K Smart LED TV, Model # 55P715, costing Rs 46,000 (inclusive of taxes) and it completely stopped within 60 days of purchase. It's more than three weeks now that I am reaching out to everyone in TCL on an almost daily basis, but no solutions are coming through. Your service manager assured that a replacement of the TV would be done once they are allowed to identify the nature of a fault, and now they have given the reasons as malfunctioning of Display Panel.

    Even though I'm a common man without technical knowledge, I understand that Display Panel is the primary and critical component of LED TV. For it to malfunction within 60 days of purchase is not acceptable to me. I will not accept anything other than a TV replacement.

    I genuinely hope that you will initiate appropriate actions in giving a TV replacement instead of doing time-wasting tactics and instigating me further. It is time that you guys admit the fact gracefully that the TV supplied at the time of purchase was a faulty one and focus on consumer satisfaction rather than unwarranted frivolous communication.

    If I don't get to hear from you with a firm confirmation by written that TV REPLACEMENT would be given within 3 days from the date of this email, you are forcing me to sue your company in Consumer Protection Act.

    I factory reset my TCL tv by mistake and now, I'm having trouble going through the QR scanning code and all that. All I need is, your help to get me through the QR code scan, to know what is the code?

    Note: Also the thing is, everytime I scan the code, it'll show me the link, so i tap the link and it takes me to this website (UC.HUAN.TV). It's like, they want me to enter my phone number & password or something because the problem is, the languages speaks Chinese and I don't understand and don't know what to do.

    I'd wish if you an attached box so I can attach you the code.

    I have registered a display compaint for my 55 inch TCL Smart TV on 3rd November 2021 which is under company onsite warranty. It's almost 80 days I am waiting for my replacement. Everyday I call customer care and they tell me that I will receive the TV same day. I have two numbers of the service team

    When I called these numbers, I got the information that they have my new TV, but they are waiting for the transportation for the last 18 days. How weird is this. Even no one in the customer care is able to handle my problem. This is not the right way to handle your customers.... I don't know what to do....
