    So as per our discussion tomorrow we will return or defective unit with all accessories to your borivali store.

    We have logged complaint for our 2.1 SOUNDBAR WITH WIRELESS SUBWOOFER ( JBLBAR21DBBLKIN ) on 11aug 2021.
    FYI your complaint MH-C110821-23179 has been registered for replacement or repair.
    Mr. Sunil visited on 13aug2021 & promised to replace new part in 8 to 10 days.

    But till now no calls from your side.
    Hoping your prompt action in this connection.

    Our product is brand new so kind request you to replace by new one.
