    My Voucher No. ORD4029927 and purchased on 11/06/2017 almost one and half month I have not received the delivery of the Refrigerator SAMSUNG RT65K7058BS/TS even after calling several times there is no response from Dadar branch 022 – 61636470/71.

    At least I should get proper response if I call coz there is no call from Kohinoor or Samsung.

    Also when purchase it has been clearly mention the address and floor and every time single item send and the delivery person ask and demand for big amount.

    I very well aware that I should not complain of tips giving by my wishes but every time single product send and every product I should pay Rs 1000/ by demand?
    So what is the discounts I got from Kohinoor if I am ending paying tips on each delivered product.

    I am Divakar Roy , Have been booked LG REFRIGERATOR from Kohinoor Show Room Vashi Sector 9 on dated 18.08.18. I have been completed my payment every thik ok. When I was booked that time sales person told me and given commetment the product available and will be deliver On Tuesday but still not delever I have been called to deler also I have called kohinoor castomer service they have not solve the problem they told product not in stock and will deliver soon..So I will be going to cancelled this product and I am giving very poor feed back Kohinoor electronics services and will not book in future any electronics Items in Kohinoor electronics show Room.

Sales executive told me to delivery date- 7/11/2018.but that executive and staff mistake .they said delivery posted on date 8/11/2018. Today they says we dont know about delivery? .today is diwali padawa our festival.i am suffered mentally. Please help me.

    My self Umesh Morker .I have purchase Refrigerator . from Kohinoor ( Link road Malad west next to infinity mall)

    Synopsis
    1) Refrigerator deilver on 28th evening , next day i notice there is dent at the side of the body.
    2) I complain to Kohinoor & they arrange the engineer to inspect on 29th April-19
    as per his inspection he clearly mention the dent & gasket problem in the call report.he suggested to go with replacement
    3) I have asked for the replacement of the refrigerator but there is no proper channel or resolution to it,
    in spite of making customer satisfaction they kept me hanging with no proactive response & taking me on call with service manager & other staff from samsung.
    4) during the call i have heard them arguing among them-self , so how can they make customer satisfied.

    Please note i am a employee of Justdial Ltd & showroom is just below our office
    as a huge employee strength i have still kept my feedback on hold & wanted Samsung/Dealer to make a correction to my issue & do the needful by replacement of refrigerator.

    PFA the proof of dent mention in call report & bill copy.

    I want to contact the customer care team so that I can get the invoice of 2014-2015 of my LG fridge.
    As the fridge is not working and lg person says he needs the invoice to check the warranty of the compressor.
    Not able to connect with Kohinoor Electronics on phone to resolve the issue. Infact the customer service number trying from one week no one is answering the calls. If this is not getting resolved immediately I will have to pay for fridge repair compressor 12000 to 15000. Need support urgently.

    We purchased TCL LED 32-inch Model no 32S5403A TV from your Kohinoor shop Borivali W on 23.04.23. it was committed to delivering the same on 24.04.23 but till now there is no delivery happened & when trying to reach on the contact no, after 4-5 times tries someone pick up & given me the delivery boy contact no. After 4-5 times finally the delivery person picked up the call & he said today is not possible.
    If delivery is not possible then why it was committed. The installation person has reached but the TV is not delivered. What kind of service is given by Kohinoor.
    Then again i called your shop & after 5-6 times Abhishek picked up the call & he told me that delivery will happen tomorrow. There is no manager or floor manager available in the shop to escalate the issue. When I told him the installation person is here told me that I need to call him tomorrow. He expects that after the sales service, I need to do it rather than Kohinoor.
    At the time of purchase, you people promise many things but once the payment is done service is ZERO.
    Whatever is committed has not happened then i will go to the consumer forum.
    We are not purchasing the TV free of cost. We paid for the TV & for that you need to provide the service.
    No one is cooperative & service is not customer satisfactory.
