    Dear sir, My self Shiv Pratap Singh Chauhan, i had applied for a new gas connection on dated 18/03/2021. My application number is IND-188174 , and I also paid intial registration fee through cheque. Sir, according to your statement PNG gas connection will be provided within three months(90 days), but sir i would like draw your attention here that till today it become two month and nine days more from your committed 90 days. Sir, On Sat, Jul 24, 2021 at 6:30 PM you have send a mail and you were giving a assurence that "we have forwarded your complaint to the respective Gwalior team and they will contact you shortly for the resolution". But sir I am only getting a new commitment only , still I have not got new PNG gas connection. Regarding this matter I was go to your gwalior office but there was no response, your project manager is saying that in D.D. Nagar there is vendor and man power issue so that's why I am not able to give new gas connection to you, you can withdraw your fee amount, it will be better for you. Sir I just want to know that " is company going to close own business from gwalior, if no than when I will get a new PNG gas connection, please provide me a confirm date from your side, don't tell me a false commitment to me. What is actual matter i just want to know reason behind delay. Sir if there is no reason please provide me PNG gas connection with confirm date. I have already spend too much time in months for new PNG gas connection and your employee is saying you can withdraw, but sir i want a gas connection, i don't want to withdraw my fee, I am waiting since five months for that PNG gas connection, sir i request to you that don't give me false commited date. kindly provide me PNG gas connection with confirm date within next week. Thanks
