    This is in continuation of my first Mail dated 18th March 2021.

    I am deeply troubled that retailers like you come up with novel excuses and avoid admitting to their faults only to frustrate and infuriate helpless customers like me, seeking logical conclusions for the endless problems encountered in buying a TV from your Brand. It is most unfortunate and terribly disappointing.

    The incident dates back to 12th January 2021, when I bought a TCL 55" 4K Smart LED TV, Model # 55P715, costing Rs 46,000 (inclusive of taxes) and it completely stopped within 60 days of purchase. It's more than three weeks now that I am reaching out to everyone in TCL on an almost daily basis, but no solutions are coming through. Your service manager assured that a replacement of the TV would be done once they are allowed to identify the nature of a fault, and now they have given the reasons as malfunctioning of Display Panel.

    Even though I'm a common man without technical knowledge, I understand that Display Panel is the primary and critical component of LED TV. For it to malfunction within 60 days of purchase is not acceptable to me. I will not accept anything other than a TV replacement.

    I genuinely hope that you will initiate appropriate actions in giving a TV replacement instead of doing time-wasting tactics and instigating me further. It is time that you guys admit the fact gracefully that the TV supplied at the time of purchase was a faulty one and focus on consumer satisfaction rather than unwarranted frivolous communication.

    If I don't get to hear from you with a firm confirmation by written that TV REPLACEMENT would be given within 3 days from the date of this email, you are forcing me to sue your company in Consumer Protection Act.
