Complaint Default in tyres

    i have purchase four tyres from jyoti tyres in last month. today i have visited the jyoti tyres regarding the problems in all tyres.
    they have checked my vehicle and found woubling in all tyres. then they talked to Mr.Sushil kumar 9818797758.

    i spoke to Mr.Sushil and told the story.he said to me that you go to a mechanic and open all the tyres. then go to our fast store in NIT-5.

    i said to Sushil please provide me your contact number so he told that i don't remember my phone number.

    then i call to Mr.Vikas 9871188469. he didn't receive my call.

    also i didn't receive call back from mr.vikas.

    so you please tell me what to do.
