There was some problum in my FZS Bike rear Tyre so i submited my tyre C.V MRF agency khandoli near expressway agra Utter pradesh for replacemnt now tyre has been replacemnt but they are asking 1400 rupes without any bill and any claim award form.and i asked For Original Tyre replacement bill to owner C.V Tyre agency he clear refused about for bill and he is saying that i dont have any bill you have to pay 1400rs otherwise i ll not give you any Tyre . I Atteched my tyre submit recipt with this email attechment so sir please help me and take action aginst C.V tyre agency khandoli agra and say to him that take genuen amount and give my Tyre . I hope you will understand my problem. Thank you

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased 4 MRF tyres from PRASHANT TYRE, Raibarely Road, Lucknow (UP) 226025 November 2016. One of the tyres has got cracked and I have given back to the dealer for replacement on 03/12/2019.

After that I have received the claim registration confirmation message from MRF stating "155/80 R 13 79T ZVTS TL under no. 000901528994 (Sl.No. 1416)".

Today, on 06/12/2019, I have received a message stating "under no. 000901528994 (Sl.No. 1416) is accepted against payment of Rs. 1934.00".

When I contacted the dealer for clarification, they said that you have to pay this amount to get the tyre replaced as per our policy.

At the time of purchase they have not said anything neither in writing nor verbal. They have just said that I will get five (5) years guarantee of REPLACEMENT as MRF is best out of all.

I felt cheated that now I will get replacement after payment.

Due to the MRF brand I have purchased tyres with confidence.

All the policies must be told to the customer at the time of purchase.

I think either the company or the dealer just for gaining profit and selling the types cheating the customers by NOT telling the facts of service after the sale is over.

As a customer, I am feeling cheated that how to trust.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

they have checked my vehicle and found woubling in all tyres. then they talked to Mr.Sushil kumar 9818797758.

i spoke to Mr.Sushil and told the story.he said to me that you go to a mechanic and open all the tyres. then go to our fast store in NIT-5.

i said to Sushil please provide me your contact number so he told that i don't remember my phone number.

then i call to Mr.Vikas 9871188469. he didn't receive my call.

also i didn't receive call back from mr.vikas.

so you please tell me what to do.

I am based at Bhavnagar city, Gujarat state I had purchased MRF ZVTS Tyre 165/55/R14 for my car on 23/10/2018 from Shree Jyoti tires, Vijayrajnagar area, Bhavnagar with 5 years warranty.
mY above tire showed defect within 3 years so I had given it back to your above-authorized retailer for a warranty claim on 08/11/2021and he said that within 10 to 15 days evaluation report with credit back value message will come in my registered mobile. Unfortunately, 21 days have passed but I am not in receipt of any action taken for my warranty claim . Request to evaluate my above claim sooner and revert back to me.

I bought Renault Kiger in Nov'22. Its not even been 1 year and 2 of my car tyres got bubble. Out of 2, 1 got burst today and another one is about too. Your company have denied to change the tyres when its in warranty. That's ridiculous.

I am the customer of MRF for may more years. Today 10.11.2022 I have just called MRF showroom Guduvanchery branch Tamil nadu for my Car wheel Alignment. The person who attended the call replied me to come to showroom. When I reached the showroom the workers were doing their work and was not responded me. When I asked them they told to wait till they clear the unloaded new tyres . I asked them why I have to wait till that time since I am the first customer and there was no vehicle before me. For this they behaved very badly and told that they will not do the aligenment to my vehicle, and the incharge of the showroom was the guy who argued with me. This very pathetic and when I informed that i will put email to MRF, they told you do what ever you want we won't worry. Thanks to MRF for giving such a marvellous service to me and keet up. This will me my last experience with MRF and i will not approach MRF any time in my lifetime untill they apologise me.
