Complaint Refund of cash

Craftsvilla Shopping Customer Care - refund of cashmansi chouksey on 2015-04-20 19:57:58
I placed 2 orders of saree from craftsvilla having order number 100369029 and 100368806 but due to some issues I cancelled my order.
In the order status it is showing "REFUND INITIATED" but have not received my cash back.I cancelled my order long back on 23rd march.
Kindly check the details from your side and get me refund the entire money as soon as possible on the same account from which the cash has been withdrawn.
