    Thermometer stopped working on 21.09.2020. I called Amazon, got an answer that return/replace time is over, can't be done anything. asked for seller contact number because it is not mentioned on tax invoice. Got two contact number 8050528452 and 180042566666. First one was not available, second number was answered and given AMIT YADAV (9718176258) contact number. I started calling Amit Yadav 12:39 on 21.09.2020. He didn't respond even after my 22 calling attempt. He responded at 20:18. Started with who given my number. I am not looking after your area, I am deployed at East Delhi and your location is Connaught Place i.e. Central Delhi. So, Call SAGAR SAINI (9810833755) because he is looking after Central Delhi location. Again I tried several time (20 Times) to call Sagar Saini started on 21.09.2020 at 20:21 hrs. Finally Sagar Saini picked my call on 24.09.2020 at 11:28 hrs after I mentioning at what's app that I am going to make a complaint against you. His response was even more surprising, You have purchased from Amazon, this is big problem, it was better you have purchased offline. Gilma is new product and its parts are not available. It will take 20 to 25 days to repair/replace. Later he said, he will speak to his senior and let me know. I didn't received any call from his end so I made a call after 45 minutes. Got an answer that you need to make an online complaint, I can't do anything. He gave me a number (18004256466) to lodge a complaint. I tried 3 times but call was not connected. It was waiting, waiting, waiting and suddenly my call got disconnected all those 3 times.
    I am quite surprise with their approach towards their customer. Needs lots of training to deal with customer need and satisfaction.
