    Dear Sir,
    With ref. to above subject I would like to inform you that I had purchased a Yamaha Fascino Scooter on 22 April 2019. The battery for the same has started giving problems since the last 2 days. On visiting your authorised service center I was advised to purchase a new one as the battery given along with the scooter has a warranty of 1 year only. As per my knowledge you have mentioned in your service booklet/ website that your vehicles have a warranty of 2 years.

    Kindly find attached the service record of my vehicle for your reference. Currently my vehicle has clocked 9500 K.M . I would humbly request you to replace my battery as I will be unable to bear the cost of a new one at this juncture of pandemic. Being a loyal custom since 1988 ( Yamaha RX 100) which i still own let me keep the faith in your products.
