Complaint RC issue

    Dear sir,
    I bought a Maruti Dezire from your Gokulpuri Branch in 2017 and the reg no of my car is UP14DH3851.
    For the first year i had no issue with the pollution check but the next year onward i am facing a big issue ,the issue is like this -When ever i go to get my this car for pollution check in Delhi,they do it for three months only, the staff says that as per the system my car is at BS-III level but in fact this is BS-IV level.That means i have to get this pollution check every three months,otherwise the pollution check is done for a year time .
    When i checked with your staff on phone ,i was told that now the Ghaziabad authority is closed so we cant help you as this my RC has to go tom Ghaziabad Authority you contact in September .When i called again i was assured by Mr.Tyagi Yatender that this will be rectified but now he is not answering the phone neither any message from him.Unfortunately i have been transferred from DELHI to RAIPUR CHATTISGARH for a year and now problem is that my wife can not go to get the pollution check every three months.Your staff are not very helpful with the customers.

    Its costly also if you get 4 times in a year and unnecessary trouble also.
    Therefor its requested to kindly do the needful,by getting the required changes in the RC.
    The RC was collected and checked by your staff when it was registered in Ghaziabd.
    I am waiting for the reply,I will send the RC to your Gokulpuri branch by courier if you say.
