Complaint No delivery, No refund.

    I had placed an order on 12th August. The estimated delivery date was 17 August. However, I did not get the product but got an email from Tata Cliq that the delivery had been rescheduled for 24th August. The order was not delivered even then. After a week I registered a complaint on Tata Cliq ( Ticket no. 4009201819) and got a call from one of the executives that my order had reached Gurgaon but the Ekartle (delivery service) had not updated their status on the app. The executive said I would get my order by 1st Sept. after speaking to the Ekartle service person. Later on 31st August, I got another call from Tata Cliq, the executive told me that he was unable to reach the Ekartle Service person and that my order is still in Gurgaon. He gave me an option to cancel my order. He said he will initiate the cancellation for me, as I was unable to do it from my app. It is 2nd Sept today, neither has my product reached nor has the cancellation been initiated.Please initiate the cancellation for the product, because I won't be able to do it due to your policy (if the product has left the seller, I won't be able to cancel it). And kindly act on it as soon as possible, rather immediately.
