Complaint Internet Ticket Booking

    Sir,

    My name is Shamik Siddhanta. Today, i.e. 01/04/2015, I had the plan of booking an E-Ticket via Internet as I had also done earlier also. My Ticket was to be from Sealdah ( SDAH ) to New Jalpaiguri ( NJP ) in Padatik Express AC 3 TIER . After giving all the details and SBI Debit Card No. and ATM pin , the Transaction was under process and sms also came in my Mobile no. regarding the Amount of Rs. 1876/- ( incl. of all charges ) being deducted from my SBI Account but all of a sudden, there was a error messahe in the Computer screen that " Failure, Please try later " and in my History of transaction details , it is given as " Not Booked ".
    The TRANSACTION ID : 100000202976711. AMOUNT : RS. 1864/-.

    Then I again tried from another SBI Debit Card and after repeating the same process, again the same error message came and Transaction has failed .....Ticket not booked.
    The TRANSACTION ID : 100000202755157. AMOUNT : RS. 1864/-

    THE NET RESULT IS THAT MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BOTH TIMES BUT I HAVE NOT GOT THE TICKET.

    Please look into the matter and so that I get the amount back which has been deducted from my account.
