    I had booked a railway ticket from IRCTC.CO.IN dtd. 18/10/2014. To my horror and surprise on clicking book ticket immediately Rs.872.48 paise got deducted from my back account as I was using my debit card but TICKET NOT BOOKED status came. Till date 15 days have passed and I have not received my money back from the railways. This is a complete case of cheating and fraud by the railways. Immediate POLICE FIR and MEDIA COMPLAINT must be lodged against railways in this matter. I am seeing the internet today and it is full of such complaints. Has railway govt got mad? "jeb katne ka dhandha shuru karna parega"

    Dear Sir,

    Today morning at 10.08 am,I am booking the reservation ticket from tatkal quota.The ticket was from ANG (Ahamadnager) to SBC (Bangalore SBC) and during this booking the available seats are booked and my ticked was not booked for the reason of seats not available.The amount for three seats Rs.1856.24 is debited to my ICICI account no.004401004113.I am waiting till for amount credit in my account but it is not happened .So kindly arrange to credit the amount to my account.

    I have call on your irctc link paid no.139. and i want to right time of 14120 train on date 11.1.2015 2:30pm
    But your IVR system give wrong time details.
    Thats why i waste my confirm tatkal ticket.

    Than call 139 no. 4 time & talk customer care executive ..all person misguide and give wrong complain no regread this matter.

    I am very very disappointed.

    I booked the train ticket on 14 Jan 2015 from NZM to AGC and the return tickets on the same day from AGC to NZM. However, due to train delay for more than 3 hrs for both the onward and returned journey, I cancelled the ticket as per the railways ticket cancel procedure. However till now I haven't received the refund amount. I called up the customer services but nothing has been sorted out now. I do send an email regarding the same but till now the amount of 2200 is not yet fully returned. call up the customer services number every day but no one is answering the phone.

    My complain is that i have booked tatkal ticket through IRCTC on 12/02/2015 for the journey date of 13/02/2015 form Brahmapur to Kantabanji but ticket did not generate and amount was debit from the account it happened two times both times amount has debit but ticket did not generate My user ID is- anuj1478. the debit amount details given below-
    FIRST TIME DEBIT DETAIL-

    this is to inform you that , please come out of Oberoi era , try to upload the current running time of all trians, day before yesterday 15-2-2015 as per schedule time of departure was 17.15 Yeshwanthpur-Bidar Express it was departed 17-30 and Arrival @ Raichur was 2.00 AM but reached @ 3.55...!!!! Please dont give wrong/False information...
    The coach in which (S4) was full of Cockroaches , it was not at all properly maintaned , focus on clean/hygeine .
    Never try to hurt the people of the country as many of them respects the Timing of Rail & Indian railway.
