Sir, I had booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Trichy on 19th January 2020. But unfortunately the TNTC cancelled the 8:30 bus for reasons known to them. I contacted the manager at Shanthinagar who asked me to write a letter regarding the same which he acknowledged and forwarded to Trichy manager. They promised to refund the amount of RS.925 but till date I have not received any information from them. Kindly take the needful action. Hoping to hear from you. Thanks.
