I booked the e-ticket from Thanjavur to Hosur on 13/05/2018 reference PNR.no.T24766904 trip code 2000THABAN time 20.00 seat.no.36 I had waited upto 11.00 p.m bus not came and there is no proper response and depot phone.no no one had picked very worst and irresponsible people I had lost my interview due to this. I need the answer why bus not came and no one not responding?

Tnstc driver who is in duty on 22th march 2019, from sungam bus stop near . I got into the wake in the road and this bus driver spoke to me without respect and misbehaved infront of public.

Want to take action on him and again he shouted at me in the public.

Dear authoritys,I was traveling from Tirnuvelli to madurai (tirchy bus)today (16/12/19) @ 9.30pm,Bus was mentioned 1 to 1 all passengers got into it,Later was continuously bus was stopping in all location till madurai when i asked driver he dint replay the reason at all such a attudied Driver. But the bus tickets fare was collected 1to 1 Rate.why they do not comminute properly,seems to be unloading parcels

Hai I am mohankumar Raj was going to dharapuram from coimbatore singanallur on 23.2.2020.in madurai bus they cannot accept me to travel in madurai bus conductor said to go to dharapuram bus. Otherwise u come in standing it's nearly 2 hrs journey,who I travel with my family members 2 child 1 aged mother.bus number TN38 NOT 3242 NOT ONLY This bus 99% of the bus is running like this private bus is running successful because of the pick-up customers each and every stop allot to pickup passengers but most off the govt bus is goings-on seat vacant. and from Dharapuram to madurai passengers hown they go.and from coimbatore to dharapuram and dharapuram to coimbatore the government get extra cost also.
I asked one conductor he said when we pick up madurai directly then conductor will get rest upto madurai that's why middle stop passengers can't accept.
I want to know about 1 to 1 bus or 1 to 3. It's not 1 to 1 or 1 to 3 .it's not exp its ordinary bus.I want to know about my complaint action .

Sir, I had booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Trichy on 19th January 2020. But unfortunately the TNTC cancelled the 8:30 bus for reasons known to them. I contacted the manager at Shanthinagar who asked me to write a letter regarding the same which he acknowledged and forwarded to Trichy manager. They promised to refund the amount of RS.925 but till date I have not received any information from them. Kindly take the needful action. Hoping to hear from you. Thanks.

I booked ticket on March 31st 2023 from thiruvannamalai to Nagercoil for 29th April . Amount 1280 debited from my account by GPay but ticket not booked.So pls took this complaint check the ticket status or refund the amount in my account as soon as possible.
