    Hi,

    I have bought Fitbit Versa from Bestbuy, Frisco, Dallas, Texas, US 28/05/2018.

    Since I changed my mobile instrument with the same cell number, Fitbit is not responding to my pulse, sleep and calorie, this defect started from last few months. I tried my level best to locate a service center near Kerala, where I am settled/ residing.

    Now, I would like to rectify the issues at the earliest as I am a senior citizen aged about 65 year, and i would like to keep my health statistics upto date.

    I am expecting from your end to how, where I can send my Fitbit for repair and what will be cost / service charges.
