The last sink of fitbit data with my mobile was on 05.10.2017.whenever i am trying to sink the data it is giving a message that the fitbit server is down. is it true that the server is down for so many days. My Mobile No is 91-9446292112

I have been facing lot of issues in terms of battery back up. Battery dries up soon, and in fact sometimes it does not work for even 12 hours once battery is fully charged.

My fitbit blaze is not working from last 3 to 4 days.Actually the charger of it's is not charging the watch.please consider my complaint and reply it as soon as possible.

hi, my charge hr has stopped working. The display is stuck in midway during software update. Now its not responding to any function. I tried depleting the battery and restarting it again but failed to do so. It keeps going back to the same frozen screen.Please help me resolve this

I have bought Fitbit Versa from Bestbuy, Frisco, Dallas, Texas, US 28/05/2018.

Since I changed my mobile instrument with the same cell number, Fitbit is not responding to my pulse, sleep and calorie, this defect started from last few months. I tried my level best to locate a service center near Kerala, where I am settled/ residing.

Now, I would like to rectify the issues at the earliest as I am a senior citizen aged about 65 year, and i would like to keep my health statistics upto date.

I am expecting from your end to how, where I can send my Fitbit for repair and what will be cost / service charges.
