Complaint Regarding the mobile plan

    Hi this is Haresh Dabhi,

    I have purchased OneAssist full cover plan of Rs. 999 for my mobile from the mi.com on 5th of the september. Now due to some audio output problem i have replaced the phone and got new phone on 10th of september.

    Due to same problem i have returned the new replaced phone on 21 of september and got refund from the mi.com. After raise the refund request to mi, i have called to OneAssist to cancel my plan as i have already return the device for which i have purchased the plan.


    I have talked to customercare and higher authority for the same, but the didn't give me the proper answer and refuse to give me the refund.

    If i do not have such a product for which i have purchased OneAssist plan, then why i keep the plan. And its just passed 15 days from the date of purchase.
