Actually i got a call from OneAssist regarding card protection scheme. They explained me about overall usage of card protection scheme but they missed out to explain yearly charging fee for this scheme. And without my intimation they had activated this scheme and fees amount of Rs.1399 had been detected from my credit card (icici)account on 21/10/2017. So as now I'm not interested in this OneAssist scheme I would like to deactivate this scheme and kindly refund my amount( Rs.1399 ). I have attached my account details below.

I am DINESH TRIPATHI. I have a salary account with HDFC bank. Last year an amount of 1799 was deducted from my account by OneAssist without any prior notice or communication. When I called customer care, then i came to know that One assist has started a membership plan without my consent. I have been trying to stop these services for almost a year, but none of the customer care executives are cooperating in cancelling this service. Again for the second year the membership renewal date is approaching and I am yet to receive any communication regarding the cancellation of these services.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership .

Hi this is Haresh Dabhi,

I have purchased OneAssist full cover plan of Rs. 999 for my mobile from the mi.com on 5th of the september. Now due to some audio output problem i have replaced the phone and got new phone on 10th of september.

Due to same problem i have returned the new replaced phone on 21 of september and got refund from the mi.com. After raise the refund request to mi, i have called to OneAssist to cancel my plan as i have already return the device for which i have purchased the plan.


I have talked to customercare and higher authority for the same, but the didn't give me the proper answer and refuse to give me the refund.

If i do not have such a product for which i have purchased OneAssist plan, then why i keep the plan. And its just passed 15 days from the date of purchase.
