Complaint Very poor after sales services

    I have raised a complaint about my washing machine on 16th July, 2019 ticket number was 1003534625, your customer care assured to send service executive in next 24 hrs. but no one till came. After one and half month on August 27th 2019 I again called to customer service and they told me the complaint was resolved and ticket was closed......???
    I again raised a new complaint on 27th ticket no is 1003770510 again your customer care person assured to send service executive in 24 hrs. but today it's 29th and still no one attained the issue after 48 hrs.
    After getting number of service center owner Mr. Kuldeep (8237282084) replied he will take more than two days to visit the site.

    Dear I am waiting from almost last one and half month and my washing machine is not working, please tell me what kind of after sales service is this?

    If you won't able to solve a small washing machine issue for so long how come we trust your IFB brand??

    I am thinking of taking this issue at higher level to consumer court if this issue won't resolve till today evening.
