    On 23/03/2017, your IFB authorised Services Person named Mr. Satish from Rishi Solutions, MIG-A47, Dr AS Rao Ngr, Kapra, ECIL, Hyd-062 Has come to our Home and given receipt as AMC for 6Years 10/07/2018 to 09/07/2024 by Taking Rs.4630/-.
    Now we have come to know that Rishi Solutions is not existing and we were cheated/lost the amount.
    Pl look into this matter and do justice to us.

    complaint no. 1001726603 dated 12-07-2018 has not been resolved till date and time. The technician (Santosh) the delhi head (Ashok) are not responding.plz suggest what to do. My machine is only 2 years old and the warranty period is of 4 years.

    Respected sir,
    I want to tell you that I bought a new mobile phone Samsung guru model no is Sm-b110ezwdins , at ₹1400 on 9-August-2018 to give someone. And till 29August it was not opened . And the dealer informed me that the warranty started when the SIM card inserted. When I inserted SIM card on 29-August at about 08:15Am and switched on the phone but the display was not properly working at that time. Then I reported the defect to Samsung service centre in karnal (Sachdeva enterprises 0001904541) railway road, near DAV girls collage, karnal-132001. Then they checked me phone for about 40min, [[then they said to me that they will create Deo for the mobile phone and it will be replaced by a new one by the company. And they told me to collect the deo on the next day (30-August-2018) when I went there they said sim was not activated till now so, we uploaded the warranty on the billing date. So your phone can’t be replaced now it can be repaired only. If you are not interested in repairing your phone u can take it back]] and your service centre employees talked very badly. They trying to humiliate me in the front of everyone.
    Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible

    We had purchased IFB washing machine from the first day it was not working and parts was changed. Then now machine is not working technician sad rat had cut the panel wires and there is no Rat mate in ur machine. Which is not possible. From the day of purchase technician has started the machine, changed the parts of machine.Then how the rat mate is missing ,we r unable open the machine.There r no rat in my flat. Technician is changing Rs 550/-to change wires. Why should we pay. Machine is
    under Warranty n Guarantee period. From the first day we had faulty machine.Now the CO. Technician not coming .we are facing hardship everyday. Pls mail me my complaint list from the day of purchase. Pls reply as soon as possible.

    It's better to solve customer issues instead of trying to allieviate pain with words on phone. I am being decieved every time I call customer care. Donno what to do. Local repair center won't solve problem as they say
    They can't solve problem with ifb. But ifb service center won't respond. Then. What's the use of buying such washing machine where there is worst of the worst service available.

We buy such washing machine to get some time at ease. I think it's better to do all by myself instead of spending time with customer care service. Worst experience with ifb

    Sub - Lingering in paid repairing of ifb product.

    Dear sir,

    With reference to the above subject, this is for your kind information, that, i, the undersigned had bought a microwave oven of IFB make.
    Recently your authorised service technician have visited my house and solved the problem found on that microwave oven. That time he assured me, that, in spite if any problem persists, your authorised technician will resolve it without any extra servicing charge.
    The very next day of that repairing visit (dt. 27.10.2018), the same problem occured in that machine. I have contacted your esteemed concern through toll free telephone number several times, but in vain. Nobody visited to resolve it till date, though several times the call centre authority gave me complaint ticket numbers.

    On December 7, 2018, again i called your customer care representatives through toll free number. This time they misbehaved with me and till date they neither provided me complaint ticket number, nor any service personnel.

    I am attaching the servicing bill and the previous ticket numbers, given by your call centre authority.

    My request to you, please do the needful and obliged.

    I have taken a 8 kg IFB front loading washing machine from flipkart. During booking I have seen a particular sticker on the machine but the delivared machine shows different sticker. The Company Installer engineer tell me that online sticker is older version and delivered sticker is new though the booking sticker show written as new. What is write? Is this Product genuine or not?

Being not rectified the fault they are asking service charge. IFB washing Machine was purchased because it is India's Best & Famous Co., Where as Iam not satisfied with poor customers Service.     RESPECTED, WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN , THIS IS TO BRING YOU IN NOTICE THAT ON 25TH JUNE I BOUGHT ONE NEPTUNE WX MODEL DISH WASHER FROM GURGAON HARYANA FOR MY PERSONAL USE, BUT AS I BOUGHT I WAS BEING TRANSFERRED TO AJMER RAJASTHAN TO MY HOME TOWN SO I ASKED DEALER TO DISPATCH THE SAME TO MY AJMER ADDRESS , AND HE DID THE SAME , NOW WHEN INSTALLATION ENGINEER CAME FOR DEMO AND OPENED THE SEALED PACK (INTACT PACKING) MACHINE AT AJMER , HE FOUND MACHINE CAVITY DAMAGE FROM IN SIDE AND FROM TOP TOO , WHICH FLASHES THAT IT WAS DAMAGE SUPPLIED TO ME , AND WHEN I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT IN RAJASTHAN , THEY DENIED BY SAYING THAT IT WILL GET REPLACED FROM HARYANA NOT FROM RAJASTHAN , AS I BOUGHT IT FROM HARYANA ( BILL AND PICTURES OF MACHINE ATTACHED ) ,

    Last 10 days I m requesting ifb sales and management team
    But not reply and no solution.

    I have raised a complaint about my washing machine on 16th July, 2019 ticket number was 1003534625, your customer care assured to send service executive in next 24 hrs. but no one till came. After one and half month on August 27th 2019 I again called to customer service and they told me the complaint was resolved and ticket was closed......???
    I again raised a new complaint on 27th ticket no is 1003770510 again your customer care person assured to send service executive in 24 hrs. but today it's 29th and still no one attained the issue after 48 hrs.
    After getting number of service center owner Mr. Kuldeep (8237282084) replied he will take more than two days to visit the site.

    Dear I am waiting from almost last one and half month and my washing machine is not working, please tell me what kind of after sales service is this?

    If you won't able to solve a small washing machine issue for so long how come we trust your IFB brand??

    I am thinking of taking this issue at higher level to consumer court if this issue won't resolve till today evening.

    We purchased a IFB washing machine and we have a complaint. The Drum has been damaged. It is under varranty but the service man claims that the rubber cost should be paid by us. This costs arounRs 3250. It a product has varranty than why do you charge for the rubber alone. it is illegal and unlogic. please consider our porblem and help us . how can we pay such a huge amount when this product has warranty please reply
