Complaint Delay in refill gas cylinder delivery

I had booked my refill cylinder via SMS on 17th Feb 2015 booking no 202469 but even after several follow up not yet received the cylinder. Even today visited the Mata Sheetla Mata Gas Service to get the cylinder delivered on urgent basis as I have no gas to cook. They assured to get it delivered in an hour but even after 4 calls since morning to delivery boy not yet get the gas at 2:15 pm on 1st March 2015. This is the repeated problem we are facing when the DBTL system started. I need the cylinder on urgent basis to cook my food. Pl understand the problem of common people.
