    RESPECTED, WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN , THIS IS TO BRING YOU IN NOTICE THAT ON 25TH JUNE I BOUGHT ONE NEPTUNE WX MODEL DISH WASHER FROM GURGAON HARYANA FOR MY PERSONAL USE, BUT AS I BOUGHT I WAS BEING TRANSFERRED TO AJMER RAJASTHAN TO MY HOME TOWN SO I ASKED DEALER TO DISPATCH THE SAME TO MY AJMER ADDRESS , AND HE DID THE SAME , NOW WHEN INSTALLATION ENGINEER CAME FOR DEMO AND OPENED THE SEALED PACK (INTACT PACKING) MACHINE AT AJMER , HE FOUND MACHINE CAVITY DAMAGE FROM IN SIDE AND FROM TOP TOO , WHICH FLASHES THAT IT WAS DAMAGE SUPPLIED TO ME , AND WHEN I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT IN RAJASTHAN , THEY DENIED BY SAYING THAT IT WILL GET REPLACED FROM HARYANA NOT FROM RAJASTHAN , AS I BOUGHT IT FROM HARYANA ( BILL AND PICTURES OF MACHINE ATTACHED ) ,
    MY REQUEST IS TO KINDLY INTERVENE AND GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED ASAP BEFORE I HAVE TO GO FOR LEGAL ACTION, DETAILS OF TICKET RAISED IS AS BELOW
