    I am regualry filling the petrol from HP OUTLET AT NANDINI LAYOUT , P O - SRASWATIPURA, BANGALORE 560096.Whenever any customer going the take the petrol meter is not neutralize to zero. Customer should check zero it is true but the employee also ensure zero. Secondly, if anybody ask to fill the petrol they will tactfully mischief it. I am giving example of todays incidient. Earlier one customer taken the petrol and when I requested petro for Rs. 200 then without neutralising started to fill the petrol. When I brought to their notice they brought the meter to zero. I askd for Rs.200/ but knowingly fill Rs. 70/, then I inform that it was for Rs. 200/. So, they started to fill without neutralising the zero. Fine no problem. It was continued and once meter shown Rs.130/ they stopped it stated that petrol for Rs. 200/ filled. When I raised voice that without neutralising to zero it was continued from Rs. 70/ so they have to fill the petrol till the meter is showing Rs. 200/.After a debate they filled upto Rs. 200/. This not a new incident it was continuing since long. I was mum but now caught in red hand, Manager was not there so, it was not possible to lodge the complaint. I hope deparatment will make an enquiry and ensure that correct amount of petrol is delivered/ sale to customers.
