I have HP gas connection in navi mumbai in my name and my father have HP gas connection in his name in our native place at Sangli(MAHARASHTRA).My father expired 3 months ago.He was alone in native as my mother expired 10 years ago. My two sisters are married and living with husband.Every year we go to our native in summer vacation and diwali vacation. After my fathers death is it compulsory to surrender gas connection ? Or can i transfer my fathers gas connection in my name as we need it when we go native in vacation. I am ready to surrender subsidy of native gas connection. Kindly guide me.

I have given up subsidy sometime back. Consumer number is 618308. Can you please confirm date of giving up subsidy

I used to get subsidary from Indian Overseas Bank, Hyderabad.While transfer I have cancelle IOB account. At Kakinada I have given Andhra Bank account. Hower I amd not getting subsidy to Andhra Bank, Kakinada. I request you to kkindly advise me to get subsidy. Thank you.

i told him to fill 200 Rs Petrol and i Ask for bill. Thay give a duplicate bill i ask them to give proper bill. thay shouted on me and i asked why you people is shouting thay stddenly physiclay Harassed me, if Advocate facing the this problem means what about common people kindly your interfreance take as a serious issue or else we are going legal by physical harassment case.

I am regualry filling the petrol from HP OUTLET AT NANDINI LAYOUT , P O - SRASWATIPURA, BANGALORE 560096.Whenever any customer going the take the petrol meter is not neutralize to zero. Customer should check zero it is true but the employee also ensure zero. Secondly, if anybody ask to fill the petrol they will tactfully mischief it. I am giving example of todays incidient. Earlier one customer taken the petrol and when I requested petro for Rs. 200 then without neutralising started to fill the petrol. When I brought to their notice they brought the meter to zero. I askd for Rs.200/ but knowingly fill Rs. 70/, then I inform that it was for Rs. 200/. So, they started to fill without neutralising the zero. Fine no problem. It was continued and once meter shown Rs.130/ they stopped it stated that petrol for Rs. 200/ filled. When I raised voice that without neutralising to zero it was continued from Rs. 70/ so they have to fill the petrol till the meter is showing Rs. 200/.After a debate they filled upto Rs. 200/. This not a new incident it was continuing since long. I was mum but now caught in red hand, Manager was not there so, it was not possible to lodge the complaint. I hope deparatment will make an enquiry and ensure that correct amount of petrol is delivered/ sale to customers.

HP Petrol pump dealers using wrong swiping machine for payment made against purchase of petrol in Pune.They do not use ICICI swiping machines for petrol filled at HP Pump denying benefit to customers.

Dear sir

I am a genuine and regular buyer of HP petrol since 1996. Regularly I am filling Desal from HP petrol bunk Belgaum Karnataka and give cash in the form of ATM card Swiping and recieve concession from company.

As govt is initiating digital transaction and company is giving concession I am following the same. But Wednesday evening around between 8:30 to 9pm I filled Desal of 1000/- at S K Rathod H P Petrol bunk near Hattaragi of Belagavi Karnataka. After filling the petrol I gave my ATM card to staff member of HP company. And after Swiping the card, I have not received any concession. I asked the staff over there, he said the company Swiping machine is not working and not able to give concession amount. He said if any complaint ask manager. But due to lack of time I have not met him.

My request to company is take care of such things otherwise owners of bumk will loot the customer and they will not follow the rules of govt i. e., not initiating the digital transaction. Also customer will not avail the benefits given by company.

Hope HP company will correct the inconvenience caused.
