Sir,
Today I trying to book tatkal train ticket from MV to Chennai Egmore by IRCTC web site with payment option through PAY U mode from my debit card in two times, Unfortunately the ticket has been not booked in two times, and IRCTC web site says payment pending from bank. But payment was debited from my account. so kindly verify that and make refund the money which could not booked the ticket. I am awaiting your earliest action in this regard.
