    My self Umesh Morker .I have purchase Refrigerator . from Kohinoor ( Link road Malad west next to infinity mall)

    Synopsis
    1) Refrigerator deilver on 28th evening , next day i notice there is dent at the side of the body.
    2) I complain to Kohinoor & they arrange the engineer to inspect on 29th April-19
    as per his inspection he clearly mention the dent & gasket problem in the call report.he suggested to go with replacement
    3) I have asked for the replacement of the refrigerator but there is no proper channel or resolution to it,
    in spite of making customer satisfaction they kept me hanging with no proactive response & taking me on call with service manager & other staff from samsung.
    4) during the call i have heard them arguing among them-self , so how can they make customer satisfied.

    Please note i am a employee of Justdial Ltd & showroom is just below our office
    as a huge employee strength i have still kept my feedback on hold & wanted Samsung/Dealer to make a correction to my issue & do the needful by replacement of refrigerator.

    PFA the proof of dent mention in call report & bill copy.
