I ordered food through Uber eat but there was system error or app issue, so I’m not able to cancel on the same time. And I had already choose card payment option but app taken with cash payment. That time I don’t have cash, asked for other payment options like PayeTim wallet or card payment so I made call in customer support, there is agent and supervisor didn’t help me. They did not share full name with me. Said that go ahead escalate Nd I can’t help you. I won’t suggest to anyone for uber eat nd I will delete the app, uber cab and uber eat
