Complaint Not Functioning of Lenovo S660

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I have purchased a new mobile of Lenovo S660 as ordered on 20.12.2014.

    I am shocked to found that whenever anyone try to contact me on my new mobile, I receive sms/display on screen, "Unfortunately, the processcom.android.phone has stopped." and then mobile turn in black without light or anything on screen and then after 30-40 seconds, again screen display.
    Please note this a newly bought mobile running under warranty period.
    You are requested to do the needful.
