My lenovo P780 has been dead and its not getting started. It has stuck.

Pls note i have brought Lenovo S580 mobile 2 days back thru snapdeal, I am using vodafone 3G card, whenever I am trying to download someting from net other than from my play store my gally geeting block and showing some media update error, in such case I have no other option but to reset my hand set again and again. I have purchased a new mobile of Lenovo S660 as ordered on 20.12.2014.

I am shocked to found that whenever anyone try to contact me on my new mobile, I receive sms/display on screen, "Unfortunately, the processcom.android.phone has stopped." and then mobile turn in black without light or anything on screen and then after 30-40 seconds, again screen display.
Please note this a newly bought mobile running under warranty period.
You are requested to do the needful.

Pls refer our call and my visit to your service center dated yesterday on the above subject line.

I have purchased a new S660 on dated 26.01.2015.

To restate my cell problems:

1) Battery life last only for max 1-2 hours
2) gets hanged every now and then
3) gets swithed off frequently
4) and since last two days its not getting switched on though the battery sign is showing as 38%

As informed i dont wish to get this repaired as the problems are not one but many hence am only looking forward to get the replacement and no repair work on my handset.

As far as 7 days warranty is concerned please note that

26th itself was a public holiday (though i had purchased my handset at around 10pm at Mobile Kindgom Vashi)

Since 24th February 20015 my data connection is not working . I had visited Idea galary and they gave me new sim card but still the problem is pending.

I have A6000 model Lenovo mobile purchased in end Jan-2015.
I am not able to use this mobile due to frequently switching ON and switching OFF automatically. This is happening many times a day specially during week signal. It is highly irritating and stopping the use of mobile.

Sir, I have just bought a month ago Lenova Tab costing around Rs. 11.50k.

Few different type of songs shostram like Abhang, Classical etc. I have saved in it.

When I save on group i.e. all Abhang Songs in the play list, it definitly gets saved. But when the charging is gone i.e. when charging come to 0% the songs saved in the playlist get completely vanished. Then I redo the exercise of savings in the playlist. But my efforts are in vain. Could do please advise by return the method of saving in the playlist "step to Step". On hearing from you I will follow your method and try to save in the playlist permanently. Pl give your contract in case any emergeny.
