    I had purchased a Datawind UBI SLATE 10 Ci , Model No OROQ 100 AC04629 UBIQUITOUS SURFER, IMEI No – BOORMXCTEI, Serial No – P314154681898859, Date of Purchase – 16.04.2017 (delivered on 17.04.2017), Invoice NO – HR – DEL2-1004 – 3259555, Purchased from – Amazon India. The battery of the appliance was found defective from the first day, therefore no any function/program could be checked. The defect of the battery was that after charging for 7 – 8 hours it gets exhausted within 5 minutes. I was informed on 30.05.2017 by e-mail that my complaint is registered on no. 0512UP65866263 with latest ticket no gl0214up511731673708 dated 14.02.2019 and I have to send the tablet to a given address and after receiving it the tablet shall be returned within 20 days after rectification of the defect. I dispatched the tablet according to the direction given in the e-mail to the given address as to Ms Mandeep Kaur , Emp Code – 19, Technical Support Executive, Technical Support Department, Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd, Tandoori Nights Warehouse, Opp New Amritsar Gate, G.T.Road, Amritsar – 143001, on 12.06.2017, which was received there and got an acknowledgment of it with assurance that the tablet shall be returned within 20 days. But after passing almost nineteen months, I am still waiting for it and now no one is responding to my query regarding the status of my complaint. i humbly only want to know to whom i approach for retreival of my tablet. mobile no. 919044804262
