Complaint Unable to watch subscribed channels

    We are unable to see the subscribed channels on our TV for the last 2 weeks and neither the company's website nor the phone numbers are working. We are doing mail on the customer care but it's only giving us the automatic reply and nothing else.
    We also have enough balance in our account i.e. more than 2500 and still it is troubling us.
    Please resolve the above problem as soon as possible.
