Not working Chanel.Kindly give me the update

Vijay TV , Raj TV, Jaya TV this all channels not subscription. Plz subscribe all the channels

I have recharged and select package then after my service not resume.
Do as early as possible otherwise I have to file RTG.

We are unable to see the subscribed channels on our TV for the last 2 weeks and neither the company's website nor the phone numbers are working. We are doing mail on the customer care but it's only giving us the automatic reply and nothing else.
We also have enough balance in our account i.e. more than 2500 and still it is troubling us.
Please resolve the above problem as soon as possible.
