    This is regarding INV# 016001100066022 where me,my wife and a 2 yr old kid ordered 2 Big spicy wrap meal from Palam triangle branch Gurugram (SAC-996331/ GSTN: 06AAACC1201E1ZN) where the wrap provided was of an infectious and of contaminated quality, as while consuming the same we complained to the crew management but they didn't listen and told us the quality is fine and the food is not stale.Further my wife left it aside and we left from the restaurant.But on our way home me and my wife started feeling unwell and felt like puking however after 10 mins my wife started vomiting very badly and complained about some unrest in stomach which happened first time with us.As we were nearby to the restaurant we rushed to the restaurant and informed the management regarding the issue but nobody seemed to trust my condition nor cared about the mess that was created. As nothing satisfactory was done nor told to us and it was quite late at night and I was worried about my child and wife health, i left the restaurant unsatisfied and with great disgust and provided a feedback while leaving.(Feedback ID: 006). This was really one disgusting and eyeopening event.You say that...you are dedicated to supplying products of the highest quality, yet at a reasonable price for worldwide customer satisfaction. Sometimes you are not, definitely not in this instance where somebody life seem to be compromised so easily.My wife seems to be having food poisoning and all because of my decision of eating with full trust at Mcdonads India. It seems to be intentional and compromising with the health of customer with such a brand where Your Slogan so you say is... "I'm Lovin' It," to be changed to"Lovin' Beats Hatin'" next year but For those who buy your Products. Sorry, you have provided only sadness, mental harassment, agony and created bad environment and, possibly, of serious illness as i an suspecting. Here I am nowhere in a condition to say "I'm Lovin' It," as the I m scared about my families health and don't know if such a giant burger brand generating a revenue of 22.820 BN(2017) do cares about a customer health and it seems to be company first priority.
    Hope a proper investigation will be taken in account regarding the same and jeopardizing with customer health will be stopped.
    With one of the most unfortunate experiences of my 2018.
