I was trying to place an order, my order was proceeded to the payment page where I added my details and the transaction was successful.
However the order was not placed and money was taken off... I'm very upset with this, and will make sure that in future there will be no orders placed for McD. regardless to the food provided.
A wonderful experience gained through McD.

Pathetic service!!Fooling customers at Drive-through.Recently I ordered Mc.Egg, Mc.Spicy paneer and fries on drive-through at gajrola branch (u.p).The quality of burger and french fries was horrible.Box in which burger was kept had no McD symbol on it and same goes for the box of french fries.I called and told them and no one took notice of the issue.

This is to inform you, I placed order on 9 April and 7th April. On both the days my order was cancelled without taking due care. Ordered was placed in Ghansoli shop in Navi Mumbai. We provided two alternate numbers , however still shop in charge do not have courtesy to call on alternate numbers and check with us. After complaining shop manager, he also not accepted our complain and do not have courtesy to deliver our order on urgent basis. Both shop manager and shop incharge are arguing with customer and behavior is totally unprofessional.

I purchased order from GIP noida but your sales man give me wrong order of Rs. 298.20/- which i didn't want then he said don't worry sir you can cancel your order and you will get yoyr re-fund in 4-5 days but till now i didn't get my refund and its already more than 10 days.

We had placed an order for sharing pack for 2 for MC Chicken burger and in Special instructions had mentioned wedges instead of fries and fanta with no ice instead of coke. The order we received from Fun Republic Mc Donalds had Chicken Kebab burger instead of Mc Chicken Burger, Coke instead of Fanta, and french fries instead of wedges inspite of mentioning in special instructions. Called 02249134735 at 14.10 Hrs and spoke to shift in charge named Nikhil (Emp Id - 99201711). He informed us that the store does not check the special instruction box and insisted us to speak to swiggy when we asked for manager he kept us on hold for more then 15 min and did not return back. While giving this feedback the phone line is still on where he can listen everything but still no response. Your service is pathetic.

I was part of your company as a Crew Member.Centreport McD, Kakade Mall, Pune. But for some private reasons I left McD before month.
I did not get my full salary, which 10-12 hours less.

This is regarding INV# 016001100066022 where me,my wife and a 2 yr old kid ordered 2 Big spicy wrap meal from Palam triangle branch Gurugram (SAC-996331/ GSTN: 06AAACC1201E1ZN) where the wrap provided was of an infectious and of contaminated quality, as while consuming the same we complained to the crew management but they didn't listen and told us the quality is fine and the food is not stale.Further my wife left it aside and we left from the restaurant.But on our way home me and my wife started feeling unwell and felt like puking however after 10 mins my wife started vomiting very badly and complained about some unrest in stomach which happened first time with us.As we were nearby to the restaurant we rushed to the restaurant and informed the management regarding the issue but nobody seemed to trust my condition nor cared about the mess that was created. As nothing satisfactory was done nor told to us and it was quite late at night and I was worried about my child and wife health, i left the restaurant unsatisfied and with great disgust and provided a feedback while leaving.(Feedback ID: 006). This was really one disgusting and eyeopening event.You say that...you are dedicated to supplying products of the highest quality, yet at a reasonable price for worldwide customer satisfaction. Sometimes you are not, definitely not in this instance where somebody life seem to be compromised so easily.My wife seems to be having food poisoning and all because of my decision of eating with full trust at Mcdonads India. It seems to be intentional and compromising with the health of customer with such a brand where Your Slogan so you say is... "I'm Lovin' It," to be changed to"Lovin' Beats Hatin'" next year but For those who buy your Products. Sorry, you have provided only sadness, mental harassment, agony and created bad environment and, possibly, of serious illness as i an suspecting. Here I am nowhere in a condition to say "I'm Lovin' It," as the I m scared about my families health and don't know if such a giant burger brand generating a revenue of 22.820 BN(2017) do cares about a customer health and it seems to be company first priority.
Hope a proper investigation will be taken in account regarding the same and jeopardizing with customer health will be stopped.

Your Shop on Sinhagad Road next to Lokmat office has been consistently offering poor services. My complaint over their performance consistently for the past month. They are not offering advertised breakfast items like pancakes and waffles. Service is slow. Last I had to wait for 15 minutes for getting coffee, which was served earlier cold! They do not have regular things like pepper. I did not expect that MacDonald service would be poor consistently, and there is no monitoring or improvement. I enjoy your food but this is such a let down. Hope this does not fall on deaf ears.

McDonald's Reliance Khavdi branch in Jamnagar district staff is refusing to give change to clients. Simply saying don't have 1-9 rupees. As a business they must keep enough change and coins to give to customers. It's customer's right to get the change and branch manager's duty to provide the service staff with sufficient change.

Or McDonald's Khavdi branch is not paying enough to the service staff? Is it the case?
