Dear All,
Today i.e on 25th December,2018 I has reserved two seats in Shivshahi MSRTC Bus from Hyderabad to Latur. I booked the ticket on Red bus on 24th, Ticket No:-35858719,Transaction Id:-RB290951896. The scheduled departure time was at 8:00 am from Mahatma Gandhi Bus stop,Hyderabad.We had been waiting for the bus from 7:00 am, but the bus did not reached there up to 10:00 am .We tried for on line cancellation.But there was no option available through online. Are we the victim of a public looting by the MSRTC .God help them
