    made my lifes biggest mistake by booking tickets from goibibo. I had booked tickets from ur customer care for nov 16 from Mumbai to nepal. I spoke to nirav who was fucking illiterate, he asked me the passanger name 10 time, i asked him if he can make a note of it on a note pad but he dint. Even after confirming the name so many times he made a mistake in it, he also dint inform me that nepal guidelines say they need only voters id as proof and no other proof. Because of his mistakes my mom dad were asked to buy a new ticket for my mom @28k, as he did a mistake in my mom z name. My parents were insulted by the management at the airport. On top of that the ticket which i made for my mom was use less, they had to make 1 more. They told us go.ibi.bo will give the refund for the same ticket which wasnt used. I called the helpline no. All the managers and agents of the helpline are sitting there to talk shit and just buy time everyone is doing the same thing by telling me that they will call me. It's been a week m calling and fighting but u people are not bothered as u have already cheated me n now i nedd to run behind u people to remove my money. I have recorded all the conversations that i had with the time date and name of all supervisor whom i spoke and what all shit they were saying is also recorded. There was a guy jay from refund team who was laughing when i was narrating my situation. But he forgot to check his mute button before he could do all that he was doing. Even i work for a bpo i know how things work. Yesterday i spike to a supervisor who said he will call in 2hrs @8.00 pm but i think his watch stopped n he didnt know when 2hrs got over. I have already filled a fir against ur company for all the insult, humiliation my parents had to face. These people also didnt help me abt the return ticket, i called Indigo and pooja from that team transfered the call to a manager and my work was done in 10mins. Same thing with u people itz been almost a week. When i called indigo about my parents return ticket, the 1st thing she told me is mam u will have to put the name as per voters id. Why dint ur studip dum rep nirav dint tell me all this. I want a refund for the tickets from mum to nepal on 16th nov asap along a compensation for the humiliation my parents had to face. U people have time till Saturday 24th mid night. If u people cant do any thing then Monday i m going to consumer court with all the proof, call records and fir.
    Stop hiring idiots and illiterate people. I think that guy was drunk or sleeping.
