Hello, this is Krishna .I'm from Nagpur. I did a reservation through MSRTC app as guest but after the payment step money was deducted from my account but ticket booked. but not confirmation by Msg & mail. I book from Solapur to Nagpur at 03 of November 2018.I want to know about that why it was happened. Please give a response for regarding this subject.
