Sir,
on 05/10/2018 i tried to pay electric bill for Rs 1834.24 for Sept to Dec 2018. Computer showed transaction failed. Again I tried and again failed. By this way twice my account was debited but not credited. Double debit was happened, should be reversed by double credit. No credit was given yet. pl see the details. Transaction is done by debit card.
Account no. 3912 0002 0005 8154.
amount - Rs 1834.24 each. Date 05/10/2018.
