  • Electricity issue in Onkar Park (Ghola)

    from the last 2 years the phase of this area (onkar park (Ghola),Sodhepur) has lot of issue. when we talk with operator staff of ghola regarding this ,they dont give us an appropriate answers and shows lot of negative attitude towards the customer. so i request you to pay some attention regarding this issue and take the respective action. we will be waiting for your reply. thank you.

    Sir,
    Few days ago our local CCC sabang replace the previous Meter and given new one for increasing demand load from single face to three face. But the new meter now no showing any number to the meter display and no light flashed on the meter. So please take the necessary action as soon as possible.Thank you.

    Regret to inform you that I am holding electricity connection 3 phase since last 25 years, I have noticed that on daily or regular basis there is Frequent power at my residence on an average 3-4 hours a day.
    Other phase/ grid existing in my area having lesser power failure.
    I have informed the matter to local ganganagar customer care office, as I found it is made by local electricity technician.
    Inspite of no shortage of power or load shading in the area,we are suffering this power failure situation daily on regular basis.
    In view of request you to arrange corrective action through competent authority.

  • Load shedding without any notice

    There are frequent load sheddings in Uttar Joybill, Bhuiya Para, Nischinda, Howrah- 711205 without any proper notice. Inspite of complaining Bally and Kona Supplier, it always fell on deaf ears. I hope you look into the matter soon.

    We are receiving averaged quarterly bill in advance with option to pay at a time or in monthly which confused us when rented the house. It will be useful if the bill is prepared monthly which will be easy for consumer to pay comfortably.

    We are the villagers of Harma,p.o: gobardhapur, p.s: pingla.we have been facing serious problem of electricity like,single phase,low voltage,power failure etc. we complained toll free no,also complained to the substation secretary.but we would not get any fruitful results.my consumer no202130270,212537603ete.
    So request to the authority to take strong steps.

    From yesterday (8/6) evening power is fluctuating in my house. Then at 10 pm no power supply. I launch a complaint at 11pm( complain no 16241820). But not no one attached. In WBSEDCL web page the complain is automatically closed without attending. So sad.

  • Illegal posting of eletricity Pole in my Land

    WBPDCL has installed a Electricity Pole , in my Land, Last week without my Permission, Illegally.

    I have registered a official with WBPDCL & the complaint received copy is attached hereby.
    My Customer Id is 132095799

    There has been no action for the last few days, only empty promises and doing nothing. So Kindly expedite immediate action & requesting you to look into this matter with Utmost Urgency.

    I inform that, We have no existing zones in the last few days there is no electricity( 20.08.18 to 09.09.2018).We all submitted an application Rudranagar electricity office ( 21.08.2018).Electricity officer has any repetition.They say that it takes 3 months time. .As I have complained so many times regarding electricity supply but there is no response from the Rudranagar electricity office.My consumer id 102480807.phone no 8972896726.     on 05/10/2018 i tried to pay electric bill for Rs 1834.24 for Sept to Dec 2018. Computer showed transaction failed. Again I tried and again failed. By this way twice my account was debited but not credited. Double debit was happened, should be reversed by double credit. No credit was given yet. pl see the details. Transaction is done by debit card.
    Account no. 3912 0002 0005 8154.
    amount - Rs 1834.24 each. Date 05/10/2018.

    For last 92 hours there's no power supply under SEB, no lineman upfront active to help thousands of residents, the counsellors are not willing to help but are fully enjoying the privilegesof being under ruling government. No helpline or didi ke bolo is working under this emergency.

Whereas we are called up at electric supply number whose are replied please wait engineer is working on the same.
