    My name is rekha jagdish I have purchased your newly launched cell vivo v11pro on sep14 which I prebook before I have payed 25990 for the mobile I have used the mobile for one day that's it when I kept cell for charge when I came back n saw the mobile was off I tried to on it but it didn't on I took the cell for vivo service center which is located in udupi karnataka they said we are not able to identify wat has happen for cell so they said will replace you the new cell but they don't have stock I purchased it in pai international which is in udupi called them also so they told they also don't hv stock .. I need my money back or else within in tomorrow I need new cell I have used vivo cell before but I dint get this problem how come new cell don't work with in day I just used it for one day that's it I need replay soon from ur said I need replace the mobile or else my money back other wise I am going to consumer court will see in court if u people can't replace me cell within a day return my money or else will go court ... Vivo service center is also not good when I was speaking without informing they cut my call ... I need answer soon. ..
