I have purchaed a Vivo y69 rs 14999 in 14/09/2017. I have facing the network issue in handset. I am visiting your vivo service center fountain chowk ludhiana . Vivo center enginears check may handset and ask me to your mobile is under in DEO process. Bt today i have visited your center your front desk executive ask me we cannot process your DEO just because of your mobile box one imei no. Is not readable. Sir the imei no. Is printed in 3 times on box 1 imei no. Is unreadable but 2 nos are clear i have attached the pic plz check and process my Deo. Its a humble request to you.kindly process ASAP.

im purchased vivo v5s model mobile on 3 months back but yhat handset was not works properly again 2 months after they given another handset but that one also not works properly. automatically it always rebooting and shows please setup your phone ". but now they tells to me to refunds my amount so i decided to lodge complaint against vivo for cheating customers..

My name is rekha jagdish I have purchased your newly launched cell vivo v11pro on sep14 which I prebook before I have payed 25990 for the mobile I have used the mobile for one day that's it when I kept cell for charge when I came back n saw the mobile was off I tried to on it but it didn't on I took the cell for vivo service center which is located in udupi karnataka they said we are not able to identify wat has happen for cell so they said will replace you the new cell but they don't have stock I purchased it in pai international which is in udupi called them also so they told they also don't hv stock .. I need my money back or else within in tomorrow I need new cell I have used vivo cell before but I dint get this problem how come new cell don't work with in day I just used it for one day that's it I need replay soon from ur said I need replace the mobile or else my money back other wise I am going to consumer court will see in court if u people can't replace me cell within a day return my money or else will go court ... Vivo service center is also not good when I was speaking without informing they cut my call ... I need answer soon. ..

This is to apprise you that I ordered a vivo Z1 pro smart phone from online store flipkart on 23-january-2020.I was excited when it arrived from till now I am very disappointed to find that product was faulty.I am hoping you will replace it immediately.
The issue with that is mobile got switch off and not reachable whenever someone called up. Many times I visited at vivo care center but nothing has been done till now.I also attached receipt vivo care and order I'd is OD117645745266966000.I really like this model I hope you will replace it. I will be contact legal advice if I do not hear back from you.
