Complaint E-wallet: Balance not received

    Dear IRCTC,
    My username is AmiMant

    I have deposited a sum of Rs. 4,000 to my ewallet from my bank account through NET BANKING. In the deposit history in my ewallet, shows amount 4,000 received but account recharge status failed. Kindly, update my ewallet balance.
