    DEAR SIR
    I HAVE GIVEN MY VEHICLE FOR ACCIDENTAL CLAIM TO JOY TVS MAHESHTALA RECEIVED ON 12/07/2018 BUT THEY DID'NT GIVE ME MY FULL PARTS AND MY AMOUNT WHICH IS PAYABLE TO AGIANST ACCIDENTAL CLAIM , EVERYTIME THEY SAID CALL ME NEXT DAY THEY HAVE HARREST ME A LOT BUT THEY NEVER SOLVE MY PROBLEM WHENEVER I VISIT TO THERE WORKSHOP THEY USE TO SAY COME AFTER FEW DAYS NOW I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED BY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WANT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH LEGAL CHANNEL.
