    I had purchased one TVS Jupiter EL model from thayar motors manali,they had collected extra amount from me with ought bill they dint give any invoice and promised some assurance at sale of time, but now no response Ask dealer i want to details ,he threatened with some local peoples ,for the fast one month complained with tvs rep mr.usai and jalal no response’s I could not able to fluent English in speak and write, what can i do sir, i request you if you call me correct superior will explain with full details give to you I dint never seen like that dealer,

    I HAVE GIVEN MY VEHICLE FOR ACCIDENTAL CLAIM TO JOY TVS MAHESHTALA RECEIVED ON 12/07/2018 BUT THEY DID'NT GIVE ME MY FULL PARTS AND MY AMOUNT WHICH IS PAYABLE TO AGIANST ACCIDENTAL CLAIM , EVERYTIME THEY SAID CALL ME NEXT DAY THEY HAVE HARREST ME A LOT BUT THEY NEVER SOLVE MY PROBLEM WHENEVER I VISIT TO THERE WORKSHOP THEY USE TO SAY COME AFTER FEW DAYS NOW I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED BY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WANT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH LEGAL CHANNEL.

    MY BIKE RUINED NEARLY 2000KMS FORK OIL SEAL WAS DAMAGED,. AND FREQUENTLY ENGINE WAS SWITCHING OFF,I COMPLAINED NEAREST NELLORE CITY TVS SHOWROOM THEY SAID TO ANOTHER SHOW ROOM WHICH WAS LOCATED AT TIRUPATI IT IS NEARLY 200KMS. THEN I CALLED THEM AND ASKED TO RESERVE A SLOT FOR REPAIR, THEY SAID SAME PROBLEM WAS OCCURRED FOR ANOTHER BIKE AND IT WAS NOT FIXED SINCE FROM ONE MONTH U PLEASE VISIT ANOTHER SHOWROOM OR WAIT UNTILL THE SPARE PART ARRIVE. WORST SERVICE I NEVER HAD IN MY LIFE, I GOING TO FILE ON CASE ON CONSUMER FOURM ABOUT YOUR SERVICE GIVING TO CUSTOMER

    Hello, This Is Vaibhav. I Gave My Bike APACHE RTR 160 4V For 5th Service On 3rd August 2020. The Vehicle Gear Lever Got Damaged. Switches Not Working Properly Nothing Is Fixed As Per The Details Given Every Time They Will Tell Air Filter, Oil Filter, Engine Oil, Chain Lubrication Will Be Changed And General Service Is Done.
    Finally at the time of giving delivery they will tell if you find any issues bring it back.
    Do you really think the customer will always keep roaming to showroom this is nonsense.

    No proper response and each and every time when you go back with the issue after service they will show us that customer is not riding the bike properly and you are not maintaining it.
    What nonsense we will give it for service for maintenance only.

    And call will be given to inform that when we get call from showroom we have to give the rating 10 out to 10.

    Please look in to this and possible take a action In this even the service manger is involved.

    Such a worst service I have ever seen. They are not able to solve a gear shifting problem. How they will manage all the big problems
    TOTALLY UNSATISFIED.

    Ask your service person to come and attended the problem immediately.

    NOTE : When I an giving it was working perfect and why your service team have created problems ?????
    To grab money from customers I doubt. Kindly clarify

    मेरा नाम जितेंद्र पार्टी है फ्रॉम सतना मध्य प्रदेश मेरी बाइक सतना डीलर टीवीएस एजेंसी मैं 2 महीने में दो बार ब्रेक शू चेंज हुए हैं दोनों वार ब्रेक शू सर्विसिंग के बाद नेक्स्ट डे ही खराब हो जाते हैं मेरी एक कंप्लेन है कि सतना डीलरशिप टीवीएस एजेंसी सही तरीके का काम नहीं होता है इस बार ब्रेक शू सहित मेरा ₹14 का बिल बना है पिछले मैंने 12:00 सौ का बिल बना था सारा पैसा मेरा रिटर्न किया जाए मेरी गाड़ी को चेक कर कर और घटिया से घटिया काम होता है कस्टमर को परेशान किया जाता है सर कंपनी हमारी कंपनी इनको सही तरीके से जांच नहीं करेगी तमो भोक्ता फोरम पुलिस प्रशासन की मदद लेंगे

    Dear Team,

    I'm chosen for pickup and drop service facility for my scooty, While pickup the my original documents are with my scooty.
    After service, while taking the delivery my documents are mis placed and service person said that he will deliver the documents next day.

    Im fallowing up the service center they are not responsing and they are very rude to wards customer.

    i am manikandan working as a photographer in ooty. i got a ntorq 125 in aarya tvs ooty @ 1/11/2021 still the vehicle has not been registered i went plenty of time to the show room. they persons from show room keep telling that the peppers not yet received from head office. i don't know what is going on so please solve my problems as soon as possible. otherwise get back the vehicle and refund my money please

    Dear sir/madam i want to complaint against A Plus TVS agency Which is located at gangapur, Chowl,Harpurmachiya, Muzaffarpur,Bihar 843113 ...they are dealing with a worst service and they used to call for time to time regarding service but when we will visit no bother about customer care ... They provide a very poor service and they don't have any manner to talk with their customers and they should change their staffs because they are keeping young boys to work and they don't know anything to do still they are working in agency if we have any issues regarding anything from bike they will not make it so...it's my humble request to you take hard action against them .. Kindly forward this message to ur concern team and take a necessary action regarding agency ...

    Hope you are doing well. I would like to highlight the Perthatic sercviee and MIsbehaviour by your service advisor - Anil Kumar from Dabri service center. I have a TVS electric IQube and it was working fine. There was some issue with the charger so i went to the service center and this guy Anil kumar said "1 Mahina lagega replacement hone me, yahi par chod JA SCOOTY. He started arguing when i asked him that why so late. He even abuses me without any reason. He was so arrogant and harsh that i can't even explain. This kind of behaviour and person should not be the part of the service industry. They spoil the name of the industry. It's my humble request to you to help me in changing the charger and take approproate action against this guy so that this kind of service should not be repetaed with the customers who are paying money to buy your vehicles and then paying for the getting your services. Below are the details of the scooty. It's under my brother's name.

    Dear Sir / Mam                        I have done my TVS NTorque repair at K.P Motors, New dak bunglow road Patna but i'm still not satisfied with the work which has taken two working days and still not upto expectations. I have given my bike two times after the first time the repair was failed just after that I went there again and given the amount of total 3100 rs for the repair with the spare parts but the technician still not managed to get to the exact problem yet i am finding my bike slow all over again which is not getting more than 25/km/hr which is not good. Still the bike has a sound problem , the accelerator needs to be settled properly as it has been not getting the speed above 25/km/hr and the bike is getting heated too .The sound is getting too high without any speed. The mechanical engineer is not doing the work properly, he is not getting the exact problem of the bike, so please repair my scooty.
