    Dear sir,

    When I had purchased my car in 2017 From WASAN MOTORS Borivali branch with 4 years zero debt insurance policy, the company changed it without even letting me know about it.

    They even emptied my Insurance Bonus.

    I am getting no single benefit of Zero Dep Insurance.

    It's very unfortunate to state to you as Tata motors, a huge brand and a part belonging to Tata group of company, where we use to think tata as the pride of india.

    We as a consumer used to think tata products as reliable and realistic.

    But really I got shocked with the service and approach that you Tata motors would ever render such kind of pathetic service to us customers.

    My name is Premsagar Singh and I had purchased a car Tata Indigo ECS LX MH04HN4955 with the zero dept insurance.

    I was promised that all the casualty would be covered with the insurance.

    Now before 90+ days my car is damaged due to accident on road after which I went to your authorised service centre Inderjit motors Mira road branch so that my problems could be solved. Even after the giving me the intimation that the car is ready, there was lots of fault in thecar and needed more repairing.

    I think I made the biggest mistake of my life purchasing this Tata Car.

    After visiting the centre they handed be an estimate of 24k really what a joke I am having a zero debt insurance and they are charging me with cash amount of 24 k; so what kind of services due u render to your customer.

    Under the brand name of Tata you are making a fool of customer. The problems that I am facing is really spoiling and degrading the name of Tata brand. I am really losing faith on the Tata products.

    Now I belong to a normal middle class family where my car works as Cab car. It works on road and satisfies my financial needs with my EMI but now since 40+ days they are calling me continuously and saying me bhai aur kaam baki hai AAP Baad mein aaooo; how can I pay my EMI please suggest. If you can't solve this problem, otherwise provide me compensation amount regarding the same.

    If you do seriously have some ethics left, please provide me a complete solution for my above stated queries.

    Awaiting your reply as soon as possible or consider it as a final and intimation mail for legal approach.
