    Dear Sirs,

    Happy New Year 2018

    It's a bad New Year 2018 for me. As per the telephonic conversation with you; I would like to bring to your attention that my car TATA Indica Vista KL-03 W 5453 Model 2013 has been taken for repairing in FOCUS TATA MOTORS Kozhencherry, Pathanamthitta (Dist) Kerala. For the last 1 week it has been in workshop to find out what is the problem in not starting the car. Still 1 week they couldn't find out what the problem is with the car.

    Still now they couldn't find out what the problem is and have taken all parts outside of car to find out where is the mistake. What is the use now after taking all parts outside and checking. Don't you have good service people to check out ????When the car brought itself and after 1 week every 6 months I am taking my car to there for each servicing & repairing for one or other problems. You can check out the history with FOCUS MOTORS.

    Please do take necessary action from your side otherwise I will be taking action from my side to the consumer court and media for no fault of mine.

    Today, 7 January 2018, my new TATA Tigor car FOURTH TIME , deny to start with self
    After giving push (Dhaka) it's start like great old model car Ambassador,
    Previous companies are as follows:-
    Sir,
    I was perched a TATA Tigor car I may, month reg no, JH01CK9679.
    But, whenever we leave this car (not in use) for 5 to 7 day, TATA Tigor deny to start, like old model, AMBASSADOR car, three times complain in toll free no for this problem.
    First time tow the my new car,,,,...,.. problem is as it is.
    Second and third time same Problem, and after service problem remains same
    My previous complains are send to TATAMoters in Facebook account but no response is received.
    Previous complain are as follows:-

    Battery is defective in new TATA-TIGOR car , Ranchi dealer,Basudeb Tata Moters service centre deny to replace it.

    Today , 25th November, I went to Basudeb.Moters ,Kokar Ranchi Service center, for my starting problem, and second servicing, of my new TATA-TIGOR, car Registration no. JH01CK-9679,
    Service centre serve second servicing, and told that Battery is not taking charge , Battery is may be not working as per standard Level,
    Battery is defective in new TATA-TIGOR car ,
    Ranchi dealer,Basudeb Tata Moters service centre deny to replace it, they try to manage, to charge it, or repearing​ it, or Leave it , in defective condition.
    PLEASE Solve my problem at once.
    My previous complain is as follows:-

    Repeated , Battery Problem in new TATA-TIGOR new Car .
    After Four days (23 Nov 2017), my New Tata Tigor car has been received in my residence, without any progress, the starting problem is remain the same.
    This time, 3rd time complain, Ranchi Jharkhand's TATA Motors service centre- Devyani Motors take off my car on20-11-2017 and return back today 23-11-2017 ' 6 P.M .
    The service engineer who come with car, told us that Battery of car is not matching, your Battery is Exide, and TATA Motors always provide TATA-GREEN Battery, therefore we are unable to solve your problem permanently, your Car's Battery is unable to proper work
    , you contact TATA Motors's and solve it or
    Go to Consumer Court.

    Now this time I am not satisfied by TATA Motors service.
    I am a blind supporter of TATA MOTORS,
    But it's time to review my support and believe.

    Dear Sir,
    I Owe a TATA HEXA XE model.Registration number MH!4 GH 3101 purchased in August 2017.I Purchased the vehicle from Concorde Motors,Pune
    Since i purchased the vehicle ABS sign is on the speedometer Dial,Secondly there is a body Noise when the vehicle goes on rough Road,or speed breaker.
    This Problems were not been solved by Concorde Motors,Pune(Tathawade) inspite of multiple visits.

    Recently from last month,a new problem started,where the RPM suddenly goes high,even if the vehicle is in idle condition,I have shown the vehicle to DEOGIRI Motors Mumbai,They resolved that problem,but after 700 Kms,the problem again started.It makes the vehicle difficult to drive or shift Gear,as the RPM Increases suddenly.
    Today i have given the vehicle again to DEOGIRI Motors,Mumbai to solve the problem.
    The earlier 2 problems,still persist.
    I hope you will look into the matter ASAP,as my vehicle is more in your service centre,than my parking lot and i have to travel by hired cabs,making my days miserable.
    Being a TATA Flagship,i didn't expect this sort of serious problems may occur in the vehicle.

    Dear team,
    We have purchased 2 safari storm from your dealer veer moters bhopal. Billing was in the name of savita jain & shailendra mishra.

    Yout dealer provide the insurance policy and assured that it's a zero debt and cash less policy. But when i reached tata work shop they said its not cash less policy & they ask for the paymnet.

    When i talk to your dealer i was shocked even they are not aware that tata is not associate with concern insurance company for cashless claim.
    I paid perimum for cash less not for this kind of policy.your dealer are doing chaeating with clients. I ask for to reissue the policy they are just passing time they have no ansswer.

    I feel its breaking my trust on tata and i must say your dealer are making foll to clients and tarnishing your image.

    Please look into the matter and reissue the cashless policy.

    Till today i.e. 12/05/18 I haven't received my vehicle. During my last service also I had the same type of problem but I ignored assuming that sometimes it happens. But this time they have crossed their limits. I had a doubt last time that parts are changed illegally during service and old faults are resolved but new faults are generated. I discussed this matter with the concerned person this time and asked him to look into this matter. I am sending you the job card please decide yourself whether I m right or wrong.
    They have already wasted my three valuable days. I had blind faith in your service for even minor problems but now I learnt not to believe in your words regarding customer satisfaction. Two out of 10 people receive call properly and those who receive keep on transferring calls to other extensions where no one picks it. Then they provide mobile nos of the service providers who are in leave. Plz tell me if a single person is in leave can u justify that vehicle can not serviced in his absence.
    I know I am one of your customers. If I don't come to your service centre its not a big loss to u. But be assured It will be a loss of 9 years old satisfied customer. Hoping for a solution from your side. Those who are playing with image of such a big company should be treated in appropriate manner.

Today 19-5-2018 I go to showroom for enquiry, the attending person Mr. Satyandra, he is against misbehave to me and lastly he said "Ja Karar Apni Kare Nin". Then I cameout.

    Mr. Satyandra does not know how to handle the customer and how to behave the customer. His tone to me I am a purchase a car wrong decision. I don't know the car formalities. Mr. Sajal and other person committed to me on 20-05-2018 of delivery of car, but today I seen No C/F, No Registration, No Insurance, then Mr. Satyandra talk you delivery the car on 20-05-2018. Why I am received the DEAD BODY ? Please answer me. He spoke to me we are committed to you for delivery of car on 20-05-2018. After 20-05-2018 the delay of delivery car just reason of Mr. Satyandra. He is harassed to me and misbehave. Till today the car standing the Showroom. Mr. Satyandra just behave to me just like I am a anti-social, he kill to me.

    I am an employee of Tata Cummins & owner of TATA NANO Twist car. My Vehicle Reg. No. Is JH0
    5 AX 3352 & Chassis No. Is MAT612274EKA00075. I had purchased this car on 03/02/2014 from ASL Motors, Adityapur, Jamshedpur.
    Since 2014 most of my regular servicing were done by ASL Motors on Pick up& Drop basis.
    After continuous calls from “Tatanagar Motor Services Pvt. Ltd”,(Works: Old Purulia Road, Chepa Pool, Mango Jamshedpur) to give my car for servicing at their works, I agreed & they Picked my car on 27/05/2017.
    The service Advisor Mr. Harshvardhan Singh called me later to say that my car’s Clutch Plates are “BURNT” & needs immediate replacement.
    I asked him not to work on it as my car was perfectly all right to which he agreed. My car is perfectly running without any Clutch issues till date.
    They delivered my car same day at 10:30 PM, I paid the bill of Rs.1868 by cash for the servicing.
    Since I had been getting my car serviced in the same manner earlier, I had no reason to cross check the Car’s status, that too from an Authorised Tata Service Station.
    Few days later, all of a sudden I noticed that one of my front Tyres is badly damaged. I got my Tyre replace with the spare one. The Rim of the damaged tyre was rusty too. It did not match the set. Since I take my car only to works or it stays in my garage, replacement of my wheel without my notice is impossible specially with the Impact Alarm enabled in my Car.
    I called them and informed about the change, to which they called me with my car.
    I went to the Service station on 04/07/2018. There both the Service Advisor Mr. Harshvardhan Singh & Body Shop Manager Mr. Shiv Shankar Singh after inspection agreed that the Damaged Tyre & the Rim doesn’t matches with the rest set, but they bluntly refused to help me out with the issue (since the MFG. Date & PART No. matched, which according to them were Sl. No. of the Tyres) saying the tyre had not been replaced there or even bothered to check with the drivers who dropped my car back & asked me to “ Do what ever I can & complain wherever I want”.
    Being a Tata Employee myself & being in field support for long, it hurts me a lot to experience such adulteration.
    I will mail you the snaps of the damage Tyre & rim if you give me the mail id.
    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible & arrange to do the needful. I’ll be waiting for response from you.

    Sub: NEGLIGENCE WHILE REPAIRING & SERVICING OF PB03AB-3578 BY APEX MOTORS CHANDIGARH
    I pray to God for the great success to TATA for gifting such vehicles for all Indians. I also bought Tata Indigo CS in the Year 2012 (Copy of RC attached). It remained under services at Mehta motors in Bathinda. They started unsatisfactory service when warranty of the car was going to expired. One day that was last day of warranty of the car they asked me Rs12000/-for diesel pump repair and service to solve my problem. I took my car to some other local workshop you will be surprised to read that they took only Rs. 500/- and car remained “No problem” for two years. I had lost the faith in Tata service stations. God has closed that service station of Bathinda.
    Few months back I continuously received calls from Tata to visit service stations at Gidderwaha and Sirsa. They were promising best service. I decided to get it serviced at Tata Authorised service station in Chandigarh which is approx 240 km from my residence.
    Car was given to APEX MOTORS on 23/07/2018 (Copy of Job Slip is attached) by my son Onkardeep Singh Gujral. I was given estimate approx Rs 20000/- for the each and every repair. I did not hesitate to give my consent in order to get my car in a-one condition. I paid full amount and car was handed over on 28/07/2018 (Copy of Invoice is attached). My son started journey back to Bathinda.
    I feel really ashamed the car had started giving more troubles . My son reached late at night in Bathinda as he had to stopped the car many time due to AC tripping, abnormal sound, sudden pressure drop etc.
    I am Asstt. Manager in National Fertilizers Limited. NFL has its own petrol/diesel filling station. I took car to my office on next day. There are more than 40 witness at the filling station those saw the diesel leakage from my car. When bonnet was opened the diesel pipe and a plastic part was found in bad condition. Really feel disappointed that these parts are visible to common person why it should have not been noticed/repaired/replaced by Apex. I immediately tried to convey the same to APEX motors Chandigarh telephonically but my call was not entertained. Bathinda TATA motor service station was visited to get the pipe and that plastic part but feel ashamed to say that these minor parts were not available there. Then we approach to the local workshop they gave the same parts free of cost. I received a call from TATA motors to give the feedback for the service of car at APEX motors in Chandigarh. I explained everything to your representative. After that I received a call from APEX motors Chandigarh and they told me to bring the car to the service station and also assured to solve all previous and new problems which were come into play after service free of cost. On 8th August 2018 my son Onkardeep Singh reached the APEX motors after covering 240KM from Bathinda in hope to get car repaired. On 9th August 2018 we received a call from APEX motors that there was fault with the ECU/EMS we by-passed it during service which now may be cost approx Rs. 15000/-. My son rush to service station and asked the representative to give everything in written but no one entertained him. They keep him on waiting more than one hour with one dialogue “Please wait Boss is coming” but boss did not come and my son took the car back without repairs and started his journey back to Bathinda with great risk. I ever never expect this behaviour of TATA towards its customer.


    OBSERVATION
    It is observed that APEX motors did not mentioned the customers address total cost estimate, time of arrival and estimated delivery date and time in the job slip. (Copy attached)
    Car was not fully scanned and checked as diesel leakage weak parts can be easily seen with naked eyes even by a common person.
    A new problem of AC tripping has been introduced as AC was working normal before service.
    Car does not cross the speed of 80 km/hr it starts missing and sudden drop in race/pressure after service. Car was running normal upto 120 km/hr before service.
    It starts giving much dance smoke after service.
    Total negligence was observed by such a reputed TATA service station. Car was not checked before handed over to customer.
    CLARIFICATION
    Who is responsible for this negligence and who will refund this amount.
    Who is responsible for the troubles/problems faced by my son during the journey Bathinda to Chandigarh and Chandigarh to Bathinda.

    I humbly request TATA to refund the payment which I paid to APEX motors Chandigarh along with the payment of diesel for 480KM used by the car when taken to Chandigarh from Bathinda and vice-versa on 8th August 2018 to get my car repaired on APEX request .
    I always keep my car in well running condition by in time services, wheel alignment, pollution control certification and insurance. But I always got bitter experience from TATA authorised service stations. (Supported documents attached)
    An early reply in response to subject matter will be highly appreciated.

    Dear sir,

    When I had purchased my car in 2017 From WASAN MOTORS Borivali branch with 4 years zero debt insurance policy, the company changed it without even letting me know about it.

    They even emptied my Insurance Bonus.

    I am getting no single benefit of Zero Dep Insurance.

    It's very unfortunate to state to you as Tata motors, a huge brand and a part belonging to Tata group of company, where we use to think tata as the pride of india.

    We as a consumer used to think tata products as reliable and realistic.

    But really I got shocked with the service and approach that you Tata motors would ever render such kind of pathetic service to us customers.

    My name is Premsagar Singh and I had purchased a car Tata Indigo ECS LX MH04HN4955 with the zero dept insurance.

    I was promised that all the casualty would be covered with the insurance.

    Now before 90+ days my car is damaged due to accident on road after which I went to your authorised service centre Inderjit motors Mira road branch so that my problems could be solved. Even after the giving me the intimation that the car is ready, there was lots of fault in thecar and needed more repairing.

    I think I made the biggest mistake of my life purchasing this Tata Car.

    After visiting the centre they handed be an estimate of 24k really what a joke I am having a zero debt insurance and they are charging me with cash amount of 24 k; so what kind of services due u render to your customer.

    Under the brand name of Tata you are making a fool of customer. The problems that I am facing is really spoiling and degrading the name of Tata brand. I am really losing faith on the Tata products.

    Now I belong to a normal middle class family where my car works as Cab car. It works on road and satisfies my financial needs with my EMI but now since 40+ days they are calling me continuously and saying me bhai aur kaam baki hai AAP Baad mein aaooo; how can I pay my EMI please suggest. If you can't solve this problem, otherwise provide me compensation amount regarding the same.

    If you do seriously have some ethics left, please provide me a complete solution for my above stated queries.

    Awaiting your reply as soon as possible or consider it as a final and intimation mail for legal approach.
