    Dear Sir,
    Sub: NEGLIGENCE WHILE REPAIRING & SERVICING OF PB03AB-3578 BY APEX MOTORS CHANDIGARH
    I pray to God for the great success to TATA for gifting such vehicles for all Indians. I also bought Tata Indigo CS in the Year 2012 (Copy of RC attached). It remained under services at Mehta motors in Bathinda. They started unsatisfactory service when warranty of the car was going to expired. One day that was last day of warranty of the car they asked me Rs12000/-for diesel pump repair and service to solve my problem. I took my car to some other local workshop you will be surprised to read that they took only Rs. 500/- and car remained “No problem” for two years. I had lost the faith in Tata service stations. God has closed that service station of Bathinda.
    Few months back I continuously received calls from Tata to visit service stations at Gidderwaha and Sirsa. They were promising best service. I decided to get it serviced at Tata Authorised service station in Chandigarh which is approx 240 km from my residence.
    Car was given to APEX MOTORS on 23/07/2018 (Copy of Job Slip is attached) by my son Onkardeep Singh Gujral. I was given estimate approx Rs 20000/- for the each and every repair. I did not hesitate to give my consent in order to get my car in a-one condition. I paid full amount and car was handed over on 28/07/2018 (Copy of Invoice is attached). My son started journey back to Bathinda.
    I feel really ashamed the car had started giving more troubles . My son reached late at night in Bathinda as he had to stopped the car many time due to AC tripping, abnormal sound, sudden pressure drop etc.
    I am Asstt. Manager in National Fertilizers Limited. NFL has its own petrol/diesel filling station. I took car to my office on next day. There are more than 40 witness at the filling station those saw the diesel leakage from my car. When bonnet was opened the diesel pipe and a plastic part was found in bad condition. Really feel disappointed that these parts are visible to common person why it should have not been noticed/repaired/replaced by Apex. I immediately tried to convey the same to APEX motors Chandigarh telephonically but my call was not entertained. Bathinda TATA motor service station was visited to get the pipe and that plastic part but feel ashamed to say that these minor parts were not available there. Then we approach to the local workshop they gave the same parts free of cost. I received a call from TATA motors to give the feedback for the service of car at APEX motors in Chandigarh. I explained everything to your representative. After that I received a call from APEX motors Chandigarh and they told me to bring the car to the service station and also assured to solve all previous and new problems which were come into play after service free of cost. On 8th August 2018 my son Onkardeep Singh reached the APEX motors after covering 240KM from Bathinda in hope to get car repaired. On 9th August 2018 we received a call from APEX motors that there was fault with the ECU/EMS we by-passed it during service which now may be cost approx Rs. 15000/-. My son rush to service station and asked the representative to give everything in written but no one entertained him. They keep him on waiting more than one hour with one dialogue “Please wait Boss is coming” but boss did not come and my son took the car back without repairs and started his journey back to Bathinda with great risk. I ever never expect this behaviour of TATA towards its customer.


    OBSERVATION
    It is observed that APEX motors did not mentioned the customers address total cost estimate, time of arrival and estimated delivery date and time in the job slip. (Copy attached)
    Car was not fully scanned and checked as diesel leakage weak parts can be easily seen with naked eyes even by a common person.
    A new problem of AC tripping has been introduced as AC was working normal before service.
    Car does not cross the speed of 80 km/hr it starts missing and sudden drop in race/pressure after service. Car was running normal upto 120 km/hr before service.
    It starts giving much dance smoke after service.
    Total negligence was observed by such a reputed TATA service station. Car was not checked before handed over to customer.
    CLARIFICATION
    Who is responsible for this negligence and who will refund this amount.
    Who is responsible for the troubles/problems faced by my son during the journey Bathinda to Chandigarh and Chandigarh to Bathinda.

    I humbly request TATA to refund the payment which I paid to APEX motors Chandigarh along with the payment of diesel for 480KM used by the car when taken to Chandigarh from Bathinda and vice-versa on 8th August 2018 to get my car repaired on APEX request .
    I always keep my car in well running condition by in time services, wheel alignment, pollution control certification and insurance. But I always got bitter experience from TATA authorised service stations. (Supported documents attached)
