    Respected sir,
    I want to tell you that I bought a new mobile phone Samsung guru model no is Sm-b110ezwdins , at ₹1400 on 9-August-2018 to give someone. And till 29August it was not opened . And the dealer informed me that the warranty started when the SIM card inserted. When I inserted SIM card on 29-August at about 08:15Am and switched on the phone but the display was not properly working at that time. Then I reported the defect to Samsung service centre in karnal (Sachdeva enterprises 0001904541) railway road, near DAV girls collage, karnal-132001. Then they checked me phone for about 40min, [[then they said to me that they will create Deo for the mobile phone and it will be replaced by a new one by the company. And they told me to collect the deo on the next day (30-August-2018) when I went there they said sim was not activated till now so, we uploaded the warranty on the billing date. So your phone can’t be replaced now it can be repaired only. If you are not interested in repairing your phone u can take it back]] and your service centre employees talked very badly. They trying to humiliate me in the front of everyone.
    Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible
